Engineers First, Marketers Second
Most IPTV services in Canada are storefronts. They rent access from someone else, add a logo and hope nothing breaks. When it does, there's nobody to call.
We run things the other way around. Money goes into server capacity, stream stability and support staff before it goes into ads. That shows up in three places you'll notice:
- Game nights: the busiest hours are the ones we plan for, with multiple feeds on big events.
- Day one: a setup guide written for your device, not a login and a shrug.
- Bad days: a person on WhatsApp who fixes the problem, in English or French.
Everything else follows from that: prices in Canadian dollars, payment by Interac e-Transfer, no card on file and no renewal you didn't ask for.
