  • Payment records: your order number, amount and payment status. You pay by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank, so we never receive or store card numbers or online-banking credentials.
  • Support conversations: messages you send us by WhatsApp or email, including any screenshots you choose to share.
  • Technical data: IP addresses processed by our streaming systems for security, fraud prevention and routing your connection efficiently.

2. Why We Use It

  • To create, activate and manage your subscription;
  • To answer support requests and fix technical problems;
  • To send service messages, such as order confirmations, plan-expiry reminders and maintenance notices; and
  • To detect misuse of accounts and protect the service.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising or profiling.

3. Service Providers

Like most businesses, we rely on a few providers to operate: web hosting, email delivery and messaging (WhatsApp). They process information only as needed to provide those services to us. We do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing.
