1. Peak-Hour Stability (35 points)
Watch a full period of a live game in the evening. Score it:
- 35: no freezes, picture steady throughout.
- 20: one short hiccup, recovered on its own or with a feed switch.
- 0: repeated buffering, even on a wired or strong 5 GHz connection.

2. Your Lineup (20 points)
Write down your ten must-have channels before the trial starts: local news, your team's broadcaster, French channels if you need them, the kids' favourites. Award 2 points for each one that's present and plays well.
3. Setup and Apps (15 points)
- 15: watching within 10 minutes using the provider's instructions.
- 8: you got there, but needed forums or trial and error.
- 0: no instructions for your device at all.
4. Support (15 points)
Send one genuine question during the trial, ideally in the evening. A human reply within 30 minutes that actually answers the question earns 15. A reply the next day earns 5. Silence earns 0, and tells you what happens when something breaks after you've paid.
